We were founded in 1977 as a commercial and industrial general contractor. In 1996, the firm's name was modified from Canjalyn Constructors, Inc. to CC Inc. Construction Services to reflect the multi-faceted general contracting, construction management and other commercial, industrial and institutional services being provided.
OWNERS: Charles R. Werkheiser and Leo R. McCarthy.
MANAGEMENT:
Charles R. Werkheiser, President, responsible for the financial operation of the firm, overall project estimating and scheduling, management of specific projects.
Leo R. McCarthy, Sr. Vice President, responsible for safety, training, human resources, field operations and management of specific projects.
Todd Fairfield, Vice President, responsible for expediting, project estimating and management of specific projects.
Field Forces: Field forces number in excess of 40, and include 8 field supervisors who have more than 100 years of combined experience with the firm.
ANNUAL BUSINESS: In excess of $20 million, from 150 to 200 projects. Projects split between General Contracting (50 %), Construction Management (40 %) and Maintenance Services (10 %).
