The pavilion and first aid station is a 4420 square foot wood laminated beam structure. Fireplace was constructed with rounded river stone and concealed joints. Cedar exterior, cedar interior walls and exposed beams and decking.

Fast track (three month) renovation of former computer center into a regional call center. New building façade, interior completely gutted and new HVAC, lighting, walls, ceiling and communications installed throughout the two-story 70,000 square foot building.

New 28,000 square foot classroom center with exterior load bearing masonry walls and interior load bearing steel. Ornate open truss entry portico with standing seam roofing. Main roof is wood trusses with shingles.
Picasso Restaurant
Picasso’s is a 900 square foot structure constructed in four weeks during winter - groundbreaking to opening. Masonry foundation, wood frame structure with MDO panels with applied trim. Roof a combination of built up and shingles, quarry tile floor, dry sprinkler, and full commercial kitchen with exhaust hood.
Student Enrollment Center - NCC
The Student Enrollment Center is a visually striking building with a center asymmetrical roof connecting two office areas and a center corridor with an entrance on each end.

Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill
A four story 96 unit (72,000 square foot) assisted living facility
constructed in the side of a mountain. Structural system uses Hambro
system for floor construction. Exterior utilizes variety of finishes:
brick Veneer, dryvit, aluminum siding, metal roofing, shingle roofing
and fypon for exterior trim and railings.

Built with steel studs, MDO panels with applied trim, wood siding, ceramic floor tile, fire rated cedar shakes, dry sprinkler, and complete commercial kitchen with exhaust hood.

State of the art 240,000 square foot paper sheeting facility of insulated metal panels over architectural split face block. Features 9 inch reinforced ‘superflat’ floor system, interior rail siding, temperature/humidity controlled processing areas and advanced waste handling systems.

Coasters Restaurant (Dorney Park)
The Coasters Restaurant is a classy 50's style restaurant containing a full kitchen and sit down interior eating area. The fudge and Taffy shop is a retail shop selling fudge and taffy that is made on the premises. The 5,100 square foot single story building has a steel skeleton and steel bar joists providing the substructure for the restaurant and it's roof. The roof is rubber except for the peaked roof that is concealed rib roofing. Exterior finishes are colored dryvit, glass block, stone, ceramic tile and glass. The exterior makes extensive use of neon accent lighting and stainless steel trim. The interior of the restaurant has custom stainless steel kitchen, counter and trim, patterned tile floors and extensive millwork. A dry sprinkler system was installed in the structure. This is one of the many projects completed at Dorney Park.
